I assistant stage managed one show for them, then went on to stage manage twice. I was elected to the Board of Directors in my second summer and was elected Chairman of the Board in the following season. I served three terms as Chairman of the registered non-profit.<br /><br />I graduated from the University of Maryland, where I stage managed two student directed productions, assistant stage managed two mainstage productions, and stage managed three mainstages. <br /><br />As an intern, I assistant stage managed </span><span style="font:11px Verdana-Italic; "><em>Permanent Collection </em></span><span style="font:11px Verdana, serif; ">at Round House Theatre, Bethesda and returned to work on their crew on </span><span style="font:11px Verdana-Italic; "><em>Around the World in 80 Days</em></span><span style="font:11px Verdana, serif; ">. I also assistant stage managed </span><span style="font:11px Verdana-Italic; "><em>Shadowboxer</em></span><span style="font:11px Verdana, serif; ">, a world premiere opera with the Maryland Opera Studio, stage managed the Maryland Shakespeare Festival&rsquo;s summer tour of </span><span style="font:11px Verdana-Italic; "><em>Romeo and Juliet</em></span><span style="font:11px Verdana, serif; "> and stage managed </span><span style="font:11px Verdana-Italic; "><em>Play Nice!</em></span><span style="font:11px Verdana, serif; "> at Venus Theatre. <br /><br /></span><span style="font:11px Verdana, serif; ">Most recently, I worked at the Center for the Arts. At CFA </span><span style="font:11px Verdana, serif; ">my job title was Assistant Stage Manager, but I served as a secondary stage manager for the Concert Hall. I assisted on large rental events and series presentations, I served as stage and office support for the production office, and I stage managed smaller concerts and series/rental events.
